Hi my name is Amir and I welcome you to the Blade-Aid site! 

The story of Blade-Aid begins when I was in 8th grade. I was trying to learn how to inline skate and I remember vividly crashing, scraping my self, being bruised and frustrated while trying to learn. But our school had an invention fair coming up, so I decided I was going to make sure that I was able to learn how to inline skate.

So I created the “RollerBlade Assist “, in all its glory. I drilled in 2 L brackets into both sides of my skate and attached a wheel to each one. This was to ensure that I would have something to support me, if I was too lose my balance. I was sick and tired of falling, so I decided to do something about it.

The prototype was beautiful and exactly aligned with the technical drawings I made. But it did not win the invention fair….Now I could have just stopped right there and hung it up. But no, that didn’t feel right, I was not satisfied with stopping yet. I knew there was tons of people out there getting hurt and falling from trying to skate. 

Now, ten years later, I'm proud to offer Blade-Aid to skaters worldwide. Our innovative product is designed to provide unparalleled support and control to inline skaters. We're committed to providing skaters of all levels with a safe and enjoyable skating experience, and we're confident that Blade-Aid will help you achieve your skating goals.
